We respectfully ask all participants to keep contents of discussions in bounse sessions confidential out of respect for both parties. And also, just a gentle reminder of your current and any previous employers confidentiality clauses. If in doubt, keep the discussion and experience shared generic and ensure you’re not sharing any confidential IP, competitor or customer information. This is no different to a discussion you might have with a mentor, coach, friend or at a meet up.
You might not always hit it off or realise you aren’t as compatible as you thought. Just like a first date, you might both realise you’re just not right for each other. Every Bounsa on the platform has been vetted, welcomed and is valued by us. If you have a bad experience and leave a negative review we will likely want to understand what has happened. This is because unlike reviews on other websites negative reviews are rare. This is a community with intent and we safeguard this closely.
Bullying and any form of abuse will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to remove membership at any time if we are made aware of this happening.
Bounsa’s core value is around valuing peoples time. This means we respectfully ask you to show up on time and come prepared for a productive conversation. If you need to cancel or reschedule - try and give as much notice as possible.
Bounsa’s won’t have all the answers all of the time. Just like you would a normal coach or mentor, they may ask you questions to help you think of the answers you need to push through a challenge or problem.
This is an intentional community for growth. We respectfully request that any paid relationships stay within the platform.
Keep your message to your Bounsa short. You get the opportunity to give your Bounsa a heads up on what you’re looking to discuss when you book your Bounse session. At Bounsa we value people’s time and this means information you send to your Bounsa should be readable in a few minutes. If you can’t tweet it, delete it.
