A Bounsa embodies the energy that radiates when you have an awesome conversation with a person. It can’t be defined in words, but you know when you feel it. Let’s just say, every conversation feels like a breath of fresh air, and we are confident they would have a great Bounse session with anyone.

3. Good Communication Skills

A good Bounsa has excellent communication skills. They are good at asking questions, and creating an environment where Bounsees want to open up.

4. Empathy

A good Bounsa is empathetic towards their Bounsee. They can put themselves in their Bounsees shoes and understand their perspective. This allows the Bounsa to offer up insights that are tailored to the needs of their Bounsee.

5. Trustworthiness

A good Bounsa is trustworthy. They can keep their Bounsee's personal and professional information confidential. They can also be relied upon to provide honest and accurate advice.

6. Reliable

Our Bounsa’s value peoples time, therefore, always show up on time to meetings, and are respectful to reschedule ahead of time if need be.

7. Believe in the vision
